Bearing in mind that sustainability is the sure path to high-quality development, Sennics strives to reshape our core competitiveness for sustainability by raising CSR awareness, improving CSR management mechanism and processes, and strengthening CSR management and practices based on responsible operation. Externally, we actively respond to the mainstream international initiatives on responsibility and those initiated by the local governments, industries, and think tanks. We have joined the Responsible Care Initiative, the Together for Sustainability (TfS), and the GoldenBee Global CSR 2030 Initiative, announcing our commitment to responsibilities in the fields of environment, society, and governance publicly. Internally, we have established the Sustainability Committee and Sustainability Task Force since 2021, responsible for identifying risks and opportunities related to our development regularly, as well as formulating and implementing sustainability policies, medium and long-term sustainable development goals, and action plans. By virtue of training and monthly meetings, we continuously enhance our management capabilities, decision-making levels, and performance in environmental, social, and governance aspects. We regularly review the attainment of its goals and plans, and update annual objectives based on the latest development requirements and our operating conditions. The mid- and long-term goals are adjusted when necessary to keep the corporate strategy in step with internal and external environments.
