On April 24, the 2025 Seminar for the Logistics Suppliers of Sennics took place in Tongling, Anhui. The event brought together people representing logistics suppliers both within the industry and outside of the industry to hold talks with Sennics' supply chain team focusing on how to build a green supply chain and improve customer services as well as how to reinforce supply-demand coordination to drive the high-quality development of logistics systems.

Before the seminar, the representatives of the logistics suppliers paid a visit to the production base of Sennics Anhui, to learn about product properties in the field and the special protection requirements for logistics operations. This would help lay a solid foundation for them to serve the company's needs in a targeted manner and make their services more pertinent.
First of all, the seminar comprehensively examined the status quo of Sennics' supply chain through a supply chain report. After that, each subsidiary of Sennics shared their case study of quality issues in providing protection during logistics operations as well as the alerts for those issues. They also analyzed the key points and improvement measures in this regard: when it came to details of protection, they found that quality control should be enhanced all the way from goods tie-up to vehicle inspection and warehouse management, and that properly using wood planks for cushioning and using ropes for fastening could significantly reduce goods from falling or tilting, so as to improve customer satisfaction upon delivery; when transporting products in summer, due to the high temperatures, they found that taking measures such as using aluminum foil to cover products and adopting an intelligent forklift monitoring system could effectively reduce the risk of product melting during transportation; when it came to transporting products for export where cold-chain transportation would be used and hazardous items would need protection, they found that Sennics could work with the logistics suppliers to come up with differentiated protection plans, to ensure the safe delivery of products with a high added value to customers around the world.
Next, the representatives of the logistics suppliers shared their experience of collaborating with Sennics. The person representing the bulk cargo fleet shared the quality assurance measures from preparing vehicles to providing services for end users. Using multiple forms of intermodal transportation could reduce Sennics' logistics costs and lower carbon emissions as well, according to him. By using an intelligent vehicle monitoring system and recyclable packaging materials, freight forwarders could optimize their routes and reduce wastes, which was a low-carbon idea. In addition, the attendees also addressed topics such as serving cross-border e-commerce and operating in emerging markets. By providing specialized warehousing services and adopting local compliance management, among other things, Sennics could improve the resilience of its supply chain, according to them.
Huang Hui, Vice President of Sennics and Director of the Sales & Marketing Center, said that Sennics has been optimizing its service process based on the needs of customers, and while ensuring safety and quality, the company has been striving to reduce logistics costs through detail-oriented management and technological innovation in an effort to create an efficient logistics service chain encompassing warehousing, land transportation, and sea transportation. He said that Sennics will continue to focus on achieving green and low-carbon operations, to work with its logistics suppliers for achieving the traceability management of carbon emissions, and to take measures to reduce energy use and enhance waste treatment, so as to improve the company's logistics level and spare no effort to build a green supply chain as its core competitiveness for collaboration across the industry's value chain.
